ClearWater, together with Ewing Outdoor Supply, was proud to attend the 2025 Carolina’s GCSA Conference & Trade Show, held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center from 18–19 November. Hosted by the Golf Course Superintendents Association, the show brought together course managers, turf professionals, and industry suppliers from across the region to connect, share ideas, and explore the latest developments in golf course management.

Over the two days, the ClearWater team saw strong engagement, productive conversations, and a wave of new enquiries from clubs seeking reliable and sustainable wash water management solutions.

Building on a growing track record in the region

ClearWater continues to gain momentum across the Carolinas, supported by recent successful installations at:

  • Berkeley Hall Golf Club
  • Pinehurst Course No.10
  • Indian Creek Yacht & Country Club

These sites have already experienced the benefits of ClearWater’s closed-loop water recycling technology, helping them reduce water usage, improve environmental compliance, and streamline washdown operations.

Our presence at this year’s show allowed us to further strengthen relationships with course superintendents and demonstrate why ClearWater is becoming a trusted solution for facilities prioritising sustainability and operational efficiency.

Supported by the Ewing Outdoor Supply Team

ClearWater was represented at the event by the Ewing Outdoor Supply golf team, who play a key role in supporting sales and technical advice across the region.

Their expertise and on-the-ground support continue to be invaluable as demand for ClearWater systems grows throughout the Carolinas and neighbouring states.

Tailored Solutions for Golf Course Operations

ClearWater systems are available in two tank sizes to suit golf facilities of varying scales:

  • 1320-gallon system suitable for 2–4 hose installations
  • 2640-gallon system ideal for 4–6 hose installations

Each system is paired with a custom-designed wash pad, built to meet the specific requirements of the site, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and sustainable washdown process.

These systems capture, filter, and recycle wash water in a closed-loop cycle – eliminating harmful run-off, reducing water usage, and helping clubs meet environmental best practice.

Looking Ahead

ClearWater is delighted with the response from the 2025 Carolina’s GCSA Conference & Trade Show and looks forward to continuing to support golf courses as they upgrade washdown facilities and adopt more sustainable working practices.
