Construction methodology
We use plant and machinery appropriate to the soil type and project scale — including a GPS-controlled bulldozer operating to a 3D model for maximum accuracy and efficiency.
Topsoil is carefully stripped and stockpiled for reapplication after construction.
Subsoil is excavated and compacted in accordance with the approved reservoir design.
A high-density polyethylene (H.D.P.E) liner is installed to ensure long-term water retention.
Topsoil is re-laid over the outer banks to promote stability and blend the structure into the surrounding environment.
Lining recommendations
For irrigation reservoirs, we recommend installing a liner to ensure effective water retention. However, in cases where the soil has a naturally high clay content, we can offer unlined solutions based on site assessment and testing.
