As part of our continued company development strategy, we’re pleased to announce that Leon Kirk has formally assumed the role of Chairman of Acumen with immediate effect.
As planned, Leon has been transitioning into this role following 2018’s Management Buy Out (MBO) and this continues to lay the foundation for Acumen’s ambitious growth and development plans. This clarity now allows Jon Morris to formalise his role as Non-Executive Chairman of our parent company Acumen Group Holdings where he will continue, as before, to provide strategic oversight and challenge to the Executive Board.
The respective shareholdings, organisational structure and members of the Executive Board remain as before.
